Ithos Global, in partnership with Atrion International and Open Text, provides a unique combination of software automation tools. By combining global regulatory knowledge managed by Atrion with our client's product Design and Development business processes, Ithos integrates document creation (certificates, etc.) by using managed content and software automation. These solutions track regulatory changes, decreases time to market, publishes compliant hazard documentation for archival and retrieval purposes.

The Ithos supported solutions help our clients manage Product Compliance with Hazardous Document creation and management. The solutions automate content driven product compliance by using Regulatory based algorithms, data, and software to publish, store, and retrieve compliance documents translated into many languages. Product compliance is managed at the enterprise level, which optimizes the information from your supply chain, minimizes risk to company brand equity.

Ithos is member of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's Incubator Program. This program provides a creative, fruitful environment for establishing new business ventures. Advantages include: access to 1st class R&D activities in the area of Search, highly motivated technical and business talent, professional facilities, and access to a broad range of business and technical advisors.

In late 2008, Ithos USA, Inc. was formed to commercialize these technologies and web-based solutions. A foundation has been created for offering market ready products through Reseller agreements with both Atrion and Open Text. Regulatory Compliance solutions have been licensed from Atrion for resale, Knowledge Management solutions have been licensed from Open Text for resale. These business relationships have projected Ithos into the marketplace with fully developed, market accepted products, on which to build value added Information and Regulatory Knowledge Management Systems.
